Suzette L. Harvey
Executive Director
Suzette came to Prime Time after serving more than eight years as a program officer at the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation in Miami.  She was also employed with the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts in Miami for more than 11 years directing its communications and public relations activities.  Suzette served as a staff writer at the South Florida Business Journal and worked at Scholastic Inc. in New York, her hometown.  She served on the boards of the Donor's Forum of South Florida and the Center on Nonprofit Effectiveness in Miami as is currently on the board of directors on the Children and Families Impact Committee for the United Way of Palm Beach County.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Brown University and more recently participated in the Palm Beach County Executive Leadership & Management Initiative at the University of Miami.

Jerry Frenz
Chief Financial and Chief Operations Officer
Jerry has more than 30 years of experience in the accounting field with 10 years as a chief financial officer at various companies, including two non-profit organizations. He is experienced in 501(c)(3) corporations and established several new accounting systems utilizing fund accounting. Jerry has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He started his career in public accounting with one of the “Big 5” accounting firms and then worked in two multi-billion dollar companies in management positions in accounting, budgeting and strategic planning.

Dominique Arrieux 

Dominique Arrieux 
Director, Quality Improvement
Instrumental in building Prime Time's Quality Improvement System, Dominique came to Prime Time with more than 10 years of experience in implementing and promoting non-traditional educational programs in the non-profit sector.  Prior to relocating to Florida, Dominique worked in public broadcasting where she successfully promoted interactive learning through the use of video and technology to educators in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.  She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Arts and is fluent in French and Haitian Creole.

Paola Cedeño

Paola Cedeño
Administrative Coordinator, Community Partnerships
Paola came to Prime Time in May 2005.  She holds an Associate Science degree in Legal Studies from South University and has more than 14 years of administrative support experience in programs, marketing, sales, human resources and finance.  Paola has worked with non-profit organizations for more than eight years.  Prior to joining Prime Time, Paola worked at the Beacon Center at South Grade Elementary for more than three years.  She was instrumental in developing a cheerleading squad and dance teams for kindergarten to middle school youth.  Although she never had professional experience, Paola enjoyed dancing and creating routines for the children at the Beacon Center and watched the youths' confidence level soar.

Teal Clayton

Teal Chance
Quality Advisor
Teal joined Prime Time as a Quality Advisor.  During her eight years as a certified teacher in the New Jersey Public School system, she had worked in special education, physical education, health and coaching. Upon moving to Florida, she worked as a case manager with the Division of Juvenile Justice at a girl's residential facility before moving to an afterschool setting.  She was also employed for two years at the Pahokee Beacon Center as the afterschool coordinator.  Teal holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Salisbury University, Maryland in Physical Education and Health. Before moving to Florida, she began pursuing a degree in Special Education from Jersey City Tate College.

Debra Rivera-Colunga
Quality Advisor
Debra joined Prime Time as a Quality Advisor in 2007.  She has more than 9 of years experience in afterschool programming with the School District of Palm Beach County.  Prior to joining Prime Time, Debra was the Assistant Director for the School-age Child Care Program at Manatee Elementary.  In December of 2006, Debra graduated from Florida Atlantic University where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Psychology.  She is also fluent in Spanish.

Bennie D. Drain
Outreach and Advocacy Specialist

Bennie, a native of Michigan, joined Prime Time with more than 15 years of experience providing educational and recreational programs for at-risk youth.  He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Communications from Western Michigan University on a four-year track and field scholarship.  Before joining Prime Time, Bennie served as a Project Lead Supervisor/Trainer for a $2.4 million Work Force Investment Act contract for in-school high school youth in Palm Beach County.

Sandy Gonzalez

Sandy Gonzalez
Human Resource Manager
Sandy brings more than 20 years of experience in office administration and four years experience in her role as Human Resources Manager.  Before joining Prime Time in November 2001, Sandy worked in the business sector for international companies in both Connecticut and Florida.  She is bilingual in English and Spanish.  At Prime Time, her responsibilities include human resources, support to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director and staff. Sandy's human resources skills along with her desire to build strong relationships with staff, translate into a positive and professional experience for all who interact with Prime Time. Katherine Gopie
Katherine Gopie
Director, Professional Development

Katherine is Prime Time’s Director of Professional Development. She previously served as the Director of  a School-age Child Care program at Benoist Farms Elementary and worked in afterschool programming with the School District of Palm Beach County for more than six years. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Florida Atlantic University in Psychology, with an emphasis on Child Growth and Development. She also holds a Master of Science Degree from Nova Southeastern University in School Guidance and Counseling.

Kimberly Hale
Director, Community Relations

Kimberly has over 20 years of management experience in marketing, public relations, communications and community relations with various companies, including publicly-traded corporations.   She possesses specific expertise in developing, launching and directing corporate social responsibility, charitable contributions, and employee volunteer programs as well as substantial experience in managing diverse community and special events.   Kimberly holds an Advanced Certificate in Corporate Community Involvement Leadership, a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.

Brianna Perissien
Office Assistant/Receptionist
Brianna, a native of New Jersey, joined Prime Time as the Office Assistant/Receptionist. Before coming to Prime Time, she worked as a Junior Sales Specialist, giving outstanding customer service. She is currently working on her Associates of Science Degree at the local community college and will continue her education in the field of Pediatric Medicine. In her spare time she is dedicated to Youth Making a Difference Ministries, a non-profit organization at her church.

Diana Sinisterra
Director of Evaluation and Research

Diana Sinisterra, the Director of Evaluation and Research, joined Prime Time’s team in 2008.  Throughout her career, she has worked with students of all ages from pre-K to university undergraduates.  Diana was the Coordinator of Family Centered Services, a prevention program for elementary school-aged children at Boys Town South Florida, and taught entry level courses to undergraduates at Florida Atlantic University.  Most recently, she worked with Chapin Hall’s Center for Children at the University of Chicago, an organization that has evaluated many Children’s Services Council funded programs, conducting surveys, focus groups, and interviews.  She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, a Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Planning, Administration, and Research, and a Doctorate in Comparative Studies.

Lynn Stanavitch
Quality Advisor
Lynn was the executive director of an afterschool program prior to joining Prime Time as a Quality Advisor.  Her 9 years of experience in an afterschool setting included grant writing, the licensing process and the every day operation of the program. She has also been active as a Youth Group Leader for more than 15 years.  Before working in the afterschool area, she was the Branch Office Manager, Foreign Institutional Sales, for a major brokerage firm.  Lynn has studied at Pace University in New York and at the South Florida Center for Theological Studies in Miami.

Nicole Tarsia
Administrative Coordinator, Professional Development

Nicole is a native of New Jersey.  Nicole has several years of administrative experience, one and a half years of which she spent as Special Projects Coordinator with the San Francisco Early Childhood Professional Development Project.  Nicole has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature.

Kimberly Terranova
Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Kimberly brings more than 16 years of non-profit experience to Prime Time. Prior to joining Prime Time in December 2005, Kimberly worked with local non-profit organizations, where she utilized her skills in event planning and development. Her commitment to quality, as well as her passion for helping those in our community, is a welcomed asset.
