Program Expanded Learning Opportunities
In an effort to give Palm Beach County's children and youth access to a wide range of experiences and learning opportunities, Prime Time partners with local organizations to offer programs expanded learning opportunities (ELO) at no cost to eligible afterschool providers who might otherwise be unable to provide such experiences on their own. These activities include short-term and long-term programming in such areas as arts and culture, literacy, academics, health and wellness, sports, environmental education, science and technology.
What do ELO's Offer for my Program?
ELO providers offer afterschool programs a variety of rich, content-based activities in specialized areas that help to promote positive youth development and continuous learning.
In addition, ELO providers are responsible for building capacity in afterschool programs by providing training, coaching, and other supports to afterschool practitioners/staff.
Click here for a list of current ELO providers.
