	Scholarship Requirements

Prime Time Palm Beach County, Inc. offers scholarship opportunities for practitioners who may be interested in pursuing degree or certificate courses or attending national/state conferences that are specific to the afterschool field.

 Children and youth benefit when staff are better educated about stages of child development and developmentally appropriate practices for different age groups and abilities. Being able to network with colleagues from throughout the state and the nation and to share best practices also are invaluable opportunities. We feel it is important that afterschool practitioners have access to a variety of opportunities and seek to provide the support necessary to help them achieve their goals and ultimately strengthen their programs.

A Prime Time scholarship application must be completely filled out, signed by the appropriate parties, and submitted for consideration for approval. Scholarship deadlines apply to all coursework and conferences. Upon approval and attendance, scholarship recipients must submit a follow-up form.
