Design and Code Your Own Video Game – Kodu Racing (Class 1)

Imagine your friends asking to play the video game you created!   Students, grades 3-8, will use Kodu Game Lab® to design your own racing game where you create and program characters in a three-dimensional obstacle course.  In this race, players attempt to avoid or overcome obstacles and enemies to reach the finish line first. Learn about storyboarding, object creation, logic progression, and debugging as you code your own game. At the end of the session, students will have a completed video game you created, so you can show it off to your friends. This is made possible with Engineering for Kids Electronic Game Design classes.

Class requires the download and installation of the free version of Kodu Game Lab
