Stefania Giannella

Right after graduating from Temple University in 2015, Stefania earned her masters and doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, specializing in improving workplace productivity, engagement and organizational effectiveness. Her strong background in research and data analytics makes her into a perfect storyteller who utilizes diverse data sets to create compelling narratives. She is also a volunteer mentor for college students through the National Society of Leadership and Success. Outside of work, Stefania enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
